These Terms & Conditions apply to all NextPoint Volleyball activities, services, sessions, events, clinics, online offerings, and communications (“NextPoint”). By accessing this website, registering interest, booking services, or participating in any NextPoint activity, athletes and parents/guardians agree to the terms outlined below.

Nature of NextPoint

NextPoint is an independent volleyball development and education platform that provides supplemental training sessions, online services, and informational guidance. NextPoint is not a volleyball club, governing body, league, recruiting agency, or player representative.

Participation in NextPoint does not replace or interfere with an athlete’s existing club, school, or academy commitments, and does not guarantee selection, advancement, or recruitment at any level.

Participation & Eligibility

NextPoint services are intended for athletes aged 13–18 unless otherwise stated. Athletes are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, follow instructions provided by staff, and behave in a manner that supports a safe training environment.

NextPoint reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation at its discretion where behaviour, conduct, or safety standards are not met.

Training, Coaching & Outcomes

All training, instruction, and feedback provided by NextPoint are based on experience, best practice, and professional judgement. While sessions are designed to support athlete development, individual improvement, performance outcomes, and progression cannot be guaranteed.

Athletes participate voluntarily and remain responsible for how they apply any training, advice, or guidance provided.

Physical Activity & Risk Awareness

Volleyball is a physically demanding sport that involves inherent risks, including injury through contact, movement, fatigue, or overuse. Participation in any physical activity carries the possibility of injury.

Athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in NextPoint activities involves these inherent risks and confirm that the athlete is physically fit to take part.

Medical Responsibility

NextPoint does not provide medical supervision, diagnosis, or treatment. Athletes are responsible for managing their own health, injuries, and medical conditions and should not participate while injured or unwell.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate medical and insurance coverage for the athlete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextPoint is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from or connected to participation in NextPoint activities or use of this website.

This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, property damage, financial loss, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss. Participation in NextPoint activities is undertaken at the athlete’s own risk.

Recruitment & NCAA Guidance Disclaimer

NextPoint does not act as a recruiting agent or intermediary and does not contact college coaches on behalf of athletes. NextPoint does not negotiate scholarships, placements, or roster positions.

Any recruitment-related guidance provided is informational and educational only, based on first-hand experience within the NCAA system. Decisions and actions relating to recruitment remain the sole responsibility of the athlete and their family.

Online Services

Online services, including recruitment guidance sessions, video analysis, and highlight tape reviews, are advisory in nature. Feedback provided represents personal opinion and experience and should not be interpreted as guarantees or professional representation.

Highlight tape reviews are returned within the stated timeframe where possible. NextPoint is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues outside its control.

Changes, Cancellations & Availability

NextPoint reserves the right to modify session formats, locations, coaches, schedules, or content where necessary. Availability of services may change without notice.

Any refund or rescheduling policies will be communicated clearly at the time of booking where applicable.

Photography & Media

Images or video may be captured during in-person sessions for promotional or educational purposes. Participation in NextPoint activities constitutes consent to such use unless written notice is provided in advance.

Data & Privacy

Personal information collected through forms or communication is used solely for administrative and programme-related purposes. Data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of this website, submission of forms, or participation in any NextPoint service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
